I was very honoured to win the Alumni Achievement Award 2025 from the University of East London, where I completed my MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. I am now undertaking my Phd Psychology here.
This award meant a lot as it recognised the important research that I am conducting into Coaching Psychology and Endometriosis.
As a Senior Practitioner accredited with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), I’m committed to offering a professional, ethical, and deeply supportive coaching experience. Achieving this level of accreditation requires a minimum of five years’ experience and over 500 hours of verified coaching practice, alongside ongoing supervision and professional development. It reflects my dedication to maintaining the highest standards, ensuring that every client benefits from evidence-based practice, reflective learning, and genuine care.

I was recently featured on EndoBuddies’ Instagram as a subject matter expert on endometriosis, sharing insights from both my professional work in psychology and coaching, and my lived experience of the condition. It was a privilege to contribute to a platform that raises awareness and empowers those living with endometriosis through education, support, and shared understanding.
I was asked to appear on the YouTube show Mental Health Matters to discuss the psychological impact of endometriosis and the role of coaching psychology in supporting wellbeing. It was a wonderful opportunity to share my professional insights and lived experience, helping to raise awareness and promote compassionate conversations around women’s health and mental wellbeing.
